What is it?

EMGT

A what now?

EcoMarathon@GeorgiaTech. It's a team I founded (with my roommate) to build Georgia Tech's first Hydrogen Fuel Cell powered car.

What does it do?

Drives around. Decently if I may add. It also uses a hydrogen sensor to detect leaks and shut down the fuel cell.

Where was this built?

Georgia Tech (and finished in Cincinnati, Ohio. In someone's living room.)

What tools did I use?

Software:

  • OnShape

  • Solidworks (for FEA)

  • ExactFlat

Hardware:

  • Arduino

  • BLDC motor/driver

  • TIG Welder

  • CNC machines
